  • DO I NEED TO CALL BEFORE COMING IF IT’S DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS ?

YES, It’s a good idea to call ahead unless you’ve already set up a specific drop-off/pick-up time.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH MY PET?

A copy of your pet’s most recent vaccination record is required.  Toys and bedding aren’t necessary.

  • WHAT VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED?

Current vaccinations are a must and records are required for the safety of all pets. Current 1 year or 3-year Distemper, Parvo, and Rabies. Bordetella should be updated every 6 to 12 months.

Please bear in mind your pet will be mildly contagious after receiving the vaccine so ideally there should be a window of at least a week between receiving the vaccine and boarding/daycare situations.

We have many pets who need daily medication which we are very comfortable administering including diabetic patients.

  • HOW OFTEN WILL MY PET EAT?

We feed morning and evening each day unless we have different directions from you. You will need to have your pet’s food portioned out in individual baggies so we give the right amount every time.

Please bring their treats if they also are part of their schedule!

  • WILL MY DOG GET TO PLAY WITH OTHER DOGS?

Yes, if your dog likes other dogs he/she will be able to play with other dogs of the same size, activity level, and interest.
